Return and Product Replacement Policy

The customer (consumer) has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days to withdraw from their purchase without providing any reasons, with the only cost being the return shipping of the product. The supplier, on the other hand, must refund the customer (including shipping costs) within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date they were informed of the customer’s decision to withdraw.

The customer (consumer) can return the product they purchased and request either a replacement or a refund in case of a proven error made by our store, such as receiving incorrect or defective products (e.g., errors in order processing, invoicing, shipping, damage during transport, poor packaging, etc.). In such cases, the customer must return the product within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day they received it, without any shipping costs.

If the store is not at fault and the customer wishes to replace the product they purchased with another item or size, the same conditions apply, but the customer will bear all the shipping/transportation costs incurred, as well as any price differences for the new product. The customer has the right to withdraw from their purchase up to fourteen (14) calendar days after the purchase.

The consumer is only liable for any reduction in the value of the product if they have mishandled it. For example, opening the package to inspect or test the product does not count as diminishing its value.

In any case, if products are not returned within fourteen (14) calendar days, our store is not obligated to accept the return.

Additionally, the returned product must be accompanied by all documents issued at the time of purchase (e.g., retail receipt or invoice and delivery note).
